My truck had a parasitic draw. I went to another shop. They had it for three weeks told me. I needed a brand new radio for a second opinion. I came by explicit customs. I was greeted by Jonathan, who came out within 2 minutes, found the problem pointed it out within 4 minutes. He had the issue resolved. Solved a Complex Factory Audio Issue

I am writing this review to highly commend David and Johnathan for their exceptional technical expertise and problem-solving skills. We came to them with our new Nissan Nismo Z after another shop installed and failed to fix a frustrating issue with a new subwoofer install: engine noise was being piped through the speakers.

The previous installer left us high and dry with “oh well” but the team at Explicit immediately understood the problem. They expertly diagnosed it as an issue with the Nissan's factory "Engine Noise Cancellation" or "Active Sound Control" system. This is a complex, built-in feature that other shops might not know how to handle.

What impressed us most was their deep knowledge of modern car electronics. They didn't just throw parts at the problem; they understood the root cause and fixed it! If you have a modern sports car or truck and need audio work done right, this is the only shop you should trust. They turned a frustrating situation into a perfect result.

I had 10 year old tint on my car that another company told me couldn’t be removed even with scraping and that I had to replace the rear window. Explicit Customs disagreed and went above and beyond using multiple methods to get my old tint off successfully without ruining my rear defroster or me having to replace my window. I’ll definitely be using these guys again!

I called to schedule window tinting on my Subaru and spoke with Derek, who quickly walked me through the process and pricing. Same-day availability was a nice surprise, and he got me in right away. The work was finished fast and done right. While I was there, I met the owner, who had no problem showing us a vehicle around the back of the facility to showcase a finished, tinted product — clean shop, impressive setup, and a genuinely friendly team. Five stars.
